Hey Friends,In light of the recent wildfire disaster, the team at Flypoet has been considering how we could help & show our support. We noticed most of the charitable & relief work initiated this past week was to assist the victims of the fires.However, apart from some incredible supply run efforts organized by a few local community members, we have not really seen equal efforts being initiated in support of the heroic First Responders who have plunged headfirst into this crisis, risked their lives in service to the victims & the affected communities, & have been under an extreme level of stress. The mental and emotional toll of the past week on our local heroes, is beyond what any of us can even imagine.As such, Flypoet has decided to gear our effort towards the First Responders and their families. FlyPoet will be giving away 20 Preferred Reserve tickets (10 pairs of 2 tickets), to 10 First Responders and their significant other (or guest of their choosing), to come to the FlyPoet Classic Slam on February 22nd, 2025. We will also be giving each winner a $50 drink voucher!Prize Value Per Winner: $160
[two (2) Preferred Reserve tickets ($55 each) + one (1) $50 drinks voucher]We hope to provide an evening to these incredible heroes, where even if only for a night, they can take a break from the mental & emotional toll they are under, and give them a chance to recuperate & recharge!If you know a First Responder that was/is currently active in the LA Wildfire Crisis (or their spouse/significant other), and would like to nominate them for this giveaway, please follow the instructions below...

• Eligibility

Eligibility:

A.) This giveaway is only open to First Responders (firefighters, paramedics, police officers, helicopter or plane fire rescue pilots, etc.) that were/are dealing with the current LA Wildfire Crisis.*Spouses or Significant Others of the First Responders may enter as well. For example, the wife/husband of a firefighter may enter their spouse's name, as well as their own name. If the wife/husband's name is drawn as one of the winners, it will be for them & their First Responder spouse.B.) First responders are allowed, and encouraged, to nominate themselves using the methods below.C.) Nominations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on February 7th, 2025.D.) Only residents of California are eligible to win.
